Interior designer, Allyson Kirkpatrick, is new to Birmingham, Alabama, having recently relocated from Charleston, SC to be closer to her son and daughter-in-law.
She works in layers of texture, color and periods and is equally adept at mixing antiques, contemporary finds, and custom pieces. “I love that my client’s home will not look like everyone else’s. There should be personal history in a home–whether it’s your child’s artwork or your grandmother’s china.”
